Sigma Aviation Services is delighted to announce a new opportunity for Technical Services Supervisor, based in Europe. No remote option available.


As a Technical Services Supervisor you will be managing and controlling the Technical Services division’s tasks performances such as:

  • Accomplishment of any applicable AD, EAD, OAD, SB, ISB, MSB, ISI;
  • Accomplishment and development of mandatory and non-mandatory modifications and repairs;
  • Control of life-limited parts and time-controlled parts;
  • Control maintenance program development;
  • Supervision and assist with aircraft defects rectification and troubleshooting.
  • You will ensure compliance with Part-CAMO requirements;
  • Ensure all applicable compliance with applicable requirements of AIR OPS Subpart D of our client’s aircraft;
  • Ensure all respective national authorities requirements are met;
  • Review and analyze safety reports, technical occurrence reports, perform investigation when needed;
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, original equipment manufacturers, and other external entities relevant to maintenance operations;
  • Technical review meeting attendance, compilation, evaluation, and presentation of reliability issues related to structures and cabin;
  • Production of base maintenance work specs and materials requirements for AD’s, SB’s, modifications, repairs, and other projects;
  • Supervise Audit requirements;
  • Monitor that subcontracted organizations activities are being performed to an approved standard of our client’s;
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the Engineering functions and work accomplishment


  • Must hold Aeronautical Engineering Degree or Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance license;
  • At least 5 years of experience with an air carrier, commercial operator;
  • Completed A320, A330, or B737Max aircraft type training or familiarization courses will be considered an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of EASA rules and regulations;
  • Ability to work within and lead a team;
  • Excellent People management skills;
  • Ability to work within rigid timelines and budget;
  • Confident with strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours, responsibilities, and travel;
  • Willingness to embrace change and to drive improvements within the business ;
  • Commercial focus and understanding of Company business objectives;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Good knowledge and experience in operating computer software programs and handling computer data and information;
  • Knowledge of OASES will be considered as an advantage.
