SG Aviation Services established in 2004 is a leading supplier of Aviation Services working with some of the world’s leading airlines, aircraft lessors, MROs and aircraft manufacturers globally.

We provide our clients with range of services including; Aviation Direct Hire & Flight Crew Leasing Solutions (Pilots, Engineers, Flight Attendants, Management), Executive Management Placements and Aircraft Delivery Services which includes; crewing only to full turn key solutions (ferry flights, test flights, demo flights, delivery flights).

We are currently hiring for a junior or experienced administrator to join our team based in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to start your career in what is a fascinating sector, working with a highly motivated and focused team.

With our experienced team you will work through a training program focused on preparing you for a role in recruitment, daily tasks will include (but not be limited to)

· Assisting a team of recruiters with administrative tasks within client hiring campaigns

· Requesting, screening, updating and preparing candidate documentation files

· Review incoming CVs and preparing files for recruiters.

· Preparing job specification files, application forms, briefing documents for client vacancies

· Drafting job advertisements for posting across various channels

· Candidate engagement through varied stages of the pipeline

· Proactive talent pool building

· Maintaining market data files on behalf of the recruitment team

As an entry level role it will allow the right candidate training through the basic disciplines leading them towards a Junior Recruiter position with continuous space for career growth and development.

Ideally we are looking for candidates with

· Fluent English both written and spoken (this is a mandatory requirement to be considered for this role)

· Some previous experience in a customer service or administrative type role(s) or a recent graduate in business studies or languages

· Good communication and organisation skills

· Enjoy multi-tasking with a good attention to detail and ability to manage a workload that will build in volume gradually through the training process.

· Enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently on projects.

· Interest and drive to learn quickly through a role that is very hands-on with guidance and training

· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft package).

· Good self-confidence, enjoy engaging with people, upskilling, career focused and achieving milestones and objectives

This will be an office based role Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30, it may require some flexibility outside of these core hours with future travel opportunities.
