SG Aviation Services is delighted to announce new opportunities for Head of Engineering to be based in Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
− Leading the engineering departments
− Setting up the departmental goals, strategy and values
− Resource and staff planning based on project needs
− Mentoring, coaching, talent development
− Preparation of technical proposals to customers
− Support in the evaluation for subcontractor proposals
− Support in the recruiting process of the new employees
− Coordination and standardization activities within the departments
Requirements:
− University degree in Engineering
− 5+ years of working experience, preferably in aerospace industry
− 2+ years of management experience
− Proven people management and leadership skills
− Big-picture thinking and enthusiasm
− Willingness to take a responsibility and work independently
− Excellent analytical and organizational skills
− Self-confidence, excellent communication and negotiation skills
− Advanced proficiency in MS Office
− Fluency in spoken and written English
