Sigma Aviation Services is delighted to announce new opportunities for Business Development Managers to be based in Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

− Identifying business opportunities in accordance with company’s strategic goals

− Maintaining extensive knowledge of the space industry market and forecasting its evolution with respect to both programs from European Space Agency and opportunities in the private sector

− Establish and maintain internal processes and tools to list and evaluate potential space projects

− Identify potential customers and suppliers in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective customer’s and supplier’s business and needs

− Establishing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships

− Involvement in PR&Marketing

Requirements:

− University Degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) or equivalent in engineering, ideally aerospace

− Relevant experience in a business development environment in the aero-space industry

− Good knowledge of the space market and value chain

− Commercially driven mind-set with focus on results and achievements

− Ability to define strategies for capturing commercial opportunities, including overall market dynamics assessment, competitive assessments, pricing strategy and negotiation strategy

− Willingness to work flexible hours and travel

− Languages: Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
